Sales Support & Logistics Specialist (Korea)
About the role
As Sales Support & Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Biotage Korea’s commercial and operational activities, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from order placement through to delivery.
This is a varied and hands-on role combining sales support, customer service, order management, logistics coordination and operational administration. You will manage sales order processes, prepare customer documentation, coordinate shipments and deliveries, maintain accurate information within our ERP system, and support warehouse-related activities including packing and cartridge handling.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business and is motivated by delivering excellent customer service while ensuring efficient and accurate operational processes.
You will collaborate closely with customers, sales colleagues, internal teams and external logistics partners to support smooth daily operations and contribute to the continued success of Biotage Korea.
Key responsibilities
Sales Support & Customer Service
Prepare quotations, process customer purchase orders and manage sales order workflows from order entry through to delivery.
Support customer enquiries and provide timely, professional communication regarding orders, deliveries and documentation.
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and records.
Monitor order status and manage backlogs to support timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Logistics & Order Fulfilment
Coordinate shipments, courier dispatch and delivery arrangements with customers and logistics partners.
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure accurate processing of deliveries.
Support warehouse activities, including packing, cartridge handling and other hands-on logistics tasks.
Assist with inventory-related activities and maintain accurate operational records.
Business & Office Support
Support sales activities including catalogues, academic conferences, exhibitions and customer events.
Maintain accurate information in ERP systems and other business tools.
Provide general office administration support, including office supplies management and other operational tasks.
Your profile
We are looking for a proactive and organised professional who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, sales support, systems administration and hands-on logistics activities.
You are detail-oriented, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, and enjoy contributing to efficient processes and positive customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, logistics coordination or a similar operational role.
Experience working with ERP systems and confidence using business software platforms.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Good English communication skills, as our ERP system is operated in English and regular communication with international colleagues may be required.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
A flexible and hands-on approach, with willingness to support both office-based activities and warehouse/logistics tasks.
