Marketing Communications Associate – Fixed Term contract up to 12 months
Biotage is seeking a creative, results driven marketing communications associate to execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns across EMEA. Exciting opportunity to work with global and regional teams driving engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy marketing campaigns and launches regionally while executing promotional activities to strengthen Biotage’s presence across EMEA.
Manage and optimise advertising campaigns using HubSpot and SFDC tracking performance and insights.
Contribute regional insights to campaign planning, tailoring strategies to local market needs.
Identify new marketing opportunities and explore innovative approaches to boost engagement.
Create and adapt promotional content using Biotage brand templates for email, social media and sales presentations.
Assist with social media and digital asset creation using Canva templates.
Collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Manager relationships with media vendors and monitor campaign performance for continuous improvement.
Oversee the regional advertising budget and report on ROI.
Update project tool and present regular reports in marketing meetings.
Key skills and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
Experience within a similar role ideally - Life sciences experience is highly desirable.
Process orientated with strong administration skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot and SFDC preferred).
Knowledge of social media platforms (Linked in etc).
Creative thinker with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical and results driven, with experience tracking and optimising campaigns.
Fluent in English, additional European language is a plus.
