About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our thriving global life sciences company as the Vice President of Global Marketing. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in steering our global marketing initiatives and fostering a customer-centric approach that aligns with our brand vision and values. Your leadership will ensure that our marketing strategies resonate across diverse markets, enhancing our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with organisational goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Regional Marketing, to drive a cohesive and integrated approach across all marketing channels.
- Champion the voice of the customer within the organisation, ensuring that customer insights and feedback shape our marketing and product development processes.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and campaigns that effectively communicate our product value propositions and engage target audiences.
- Ensure the alignment of the regional marketing strategies with global objectives, tailoring approaches to meet specific market needs and conditions.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with effective tools, resources, and training, enhancing their ability to engage with customers successfully.
- Utilise CRM and digital marketing tools to optimise customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the life sciences or related sector.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaborations with diverse teams globally.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful global marketing strategies.
- A degree in marketing, business, or a relevant scientific discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is essential, and additional language skills are a plus.
